Overall, this phone is very good. The sound is clear, learning features was easy. The display screen could be a little larger. The keys could also be larger. Improvements to these two features would make this phone perfect.

I bought this phone used on Amazon, it died on me about three weeks later, then I took it back to the metro store where I had insurance on the phone, they ordered me a new one and it constantly freezes up on me, I also ordered a new battery from the blackberry website, not impressed in fact after a couple of hrs the battery is dead, they told me to return it as it may have been defective. I don't know what happened to blackberry it used to be such a good sturdy, user friendly, now it horrible, it constantly dies, freezes up and you can't see anything on the home screen. Blackberry is not what is used to be. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the blackberry product, which once was a superior product.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHONE I HAVE EVER HAD! I have had two so far and neither of them worked properly. The first one kept freezing and I would have to reboot twice per week. Eventually this wore down some of the parts that held the battery in place and the phone had to be replaced by insurance, which I had to pay $100 out of pocket for. The insurance company issued me a replacement just 45 days ago and this phone completely died on me just last night. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE OPERATION OF THIS PHONE! I will never purchase another Blackberry!

The phone is ok with what I need it for. I mostly send texts and I have no problems doing that. When im using it to talk to someone though I do lose connection alot, and the battery life of the phone needs so be worked on so it would last longer without me having to charge it every 12 hours.

SO I LOVE THIS PHONE. It's amazing and, I love it. I always wanted a blackberry and I got one with straight talk and LOVED it. I would recommend this phone to anyone! Even a 5 year old can work it, cause that's me hahaha. Anyways BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT! ;)

I love the phone, as a backup line. Battery life is excellent. It can't compare to my DROID x. But I bought this phone for the purpose of contacting family Over seas, so with the MetroPCS plan it allows me to text them for free so I have no complaints. The majority of my family have blackberries so it allows us to stay in contact without running up the phone bill.

This phone is the worst I've had yet. It turns itself on and off for no reason during calls, text, and any other feature. Then when it comes back on the battery is totally dead.

The only reason I gave the battery life a 1 was because it doesn't go any lower. Other than that, it's a pretty good phone.
