I switched from AT&T to Verizon and this was my pick. The texting hasn't frozen up for me yet, and I actually like the way it is. The only thing I don't like about the texting part of the phone is that when I try to click on a letter that I've already typed, it comes up with arrows and I have to click the arrows just to get to that letter. Other then that, messaging is fine for me. I like the overall feel of the phone, it's very slim and I like that. The only thing I seem to dislike about the phone so far is that on the homescreen, you can't put your own picture on it, you have to choose from white, turquoise, or black. Overall, this phone is easy to use, and a really good phone! I like it!

This phone was a major disappointment for me! I thought that the 3 megapixel camera would take halfway decent photos but they were blurry and the colors were bland..also was disappointed that this phone didn't have a zoom feature with the camera. Texting was a chore because I have large hands and the touch screen keys were overly sensitive. My contact list kept erasing itself with no apparent reason and I had to put my contacts back in at least 3 times. I am going to take this phone back to my carrier and tell them what they can do with it..don't buy this phone!

This phone is terrible! It glitches once or twice a day to where i have to turn it off and let it rest and it resets (turns off) with no warning. It's extremely hard to text (and I'm a person that texts at least 15 times a day ). This phone has a terrible camera, too. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PHONE. I'm sorry. Worst Christmas present ever.

This phone sucks. Switched from iphone so I knew I would be a little let down but chose this due to the touch screen feature. Pantech does not have that technology figured out yet. They need to stop trying. Texting is slow and editing is seriously a joke. Do not choose this phone. I've already had mine replaced once with another nothotshot. Would not let me switch to a different tyyyyype. I would almost rather go back to a freaking pager than continue with this phone.

This phone isn't really that bad. It isn't the best phone I've had either though. The texting is pretty slow, but I eventually get what I need done. The camera is pretty good. The battery lasts forever! The worst problem I've had is that I bought a game that I played for maybe half an hour and then now when I open the game, it freezes up. Then, it shuts off and won't allow me to play the game. The calling isn't terrible and other than that it's okay.

I got this phone for Christmas, and so far, I love it. The touchscreen could be a little more fluid, but it reacts when you need it to. It is a great phone for people with small to medium fingers. It would be difficult to text with fat fingers because the texting keys are small. The battery life is pretty good. The only defect is the fact that it randomly erases messages that I have sent after a few days. It saves the messages I receive, but not the ones that I send. It's really weird. The camera is pretty good. It's very affordable. My point is that I'm not in a huge hurry to get a new phone because I love this one.

This phone is horrible. My husband and I both got this phone and can't stand it. You can't pick it up without something beeping and going off. It won't slide open half the time when trying to catch a call. My husband's phone goes black when he tries to check his voice mail but the voice mail keeps talking asking if he's still there even though the screen won't light up for him to push the keys!!! Very frustrating in several ways and we've only had them about 5 to 6 months. I do NOT recommend this phone at all. And like I've seen in other reviews, we miss calls all the time because it doesn't ring on our end...Funny our old verizon phones rang at these same areas so it's not the reception!!

This is the phone I picked when switching to Pre-Pay to a contract. It's a little slow but not too slow. The only real problem I have with it is when I text on it, random words come up rather than the normal ones. For example: if I text the word "so" it comes up as "Qn" and i have to tap the drop down arrow to select the correct word. It does this with a majority of the words and makes texting difficult with having to constantly choose the right word. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, PLEASE tell me how to fix it. I tried restoring the phone but that didn't fix it.

I had a Verizon Envy Touch for 3 years. I loved that phone. Afer much use, it locked up on me one day and I was forced to get another phone. Since I was totally without a phone, I picked this one without doing much research. I got the phone because of the touch screen and thin quality. I used the phone for a little while in the store and figured that I hated the texting feature just because I loved my Touch so much. Not true at all. The texting on this phone is horrible. It is slow and delayed. I was forced to adapt to one finger texting when I normally use thumbs because this phone constantly hits wrong keys. The arrows that come up for mistakes are extremely annoying and sometimes it takes a while for the text to go through. The camera is not that great. After you take a pic, you can't preview it unless you go to your photos so you don't know if you need to snap another one. I have had this phone for two months now. I have been in misery since day one. I'll be getting a replacement soon.
